Meet Dr. Kevin R. Kalin

Dr. Kevin Kalin graduated from the University of Alberta School of Dentistry, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2018. His work experience includes two and half years as a resident at the Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency. Dr. Kalin is registered as a general practitioner in Alberta and has a keen interest and a large amount of experience in surgical procedures such as wisdom teeth extractions, bone grafting, and dental implant placement, among all other general dentistry procedures. Apart from dentistry, Dr. Kalin enjoys playing hockey, biking, tennis, basketball, and hiking.

Meet Dr. Brendan Kalin

Dr. Brendan Kalin (DDS, B.Acc.) received his Doctor of Dental Surgery training at the University of Alberta in 2023. He has since been practicing general dentistry in the Calgary area with a focus on general family and children’s dentistry. Dr. Brendan also spent a year of his dental training at the University of Western Australia in Perth, Western Australia. Dr. Brendan has followed the footsteps of his brother, Dr. Kevin and his grandmother, Dr. Maureen, in the practice of dentistry.

Dr Brendan provides family-focused dental services and enjoys offering services like nitrous sedation to help those of all ages struggling to overcome their dental fears and anxieties.

Meet Dr. Mivea Matta

Dr. Mivea Matta began her Dental career in 2012 as a General Dentist, Graduating from Hyderabad, India. After working for both private and public sectors, she moved to Calgary, Canada.

Described by her friends as a go getter, When many Indians born and raised in Kuwait dreamt moderate dreams, she aspired to be the first dentist in her family and village paving the way for many cousins after her. While goal oriented decisions can be daunting, Dr Matta attempts to focus only on one step: the right first one. She is someone who will always muster the will to put her best foot forward, regardless of how bleak the desired outcome may seem.

If it wasn’t for the microcosm of dentistry, Dr Matta sees herself as a therapist or a vet so that she could use her life to nurture living beings in need. Outside of her work hours, she loves to go hiking, swimming and camping, painting.

Meet Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal

Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal has obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Punjab. She moved to Canada in 2015 and has been working in dental field since 2017. She was certified by The National Dental Examination Board of Canada and registered with The Alberta Dental Association. With a warm and friendly demeanor, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and tailor treatment plans to your individual needs. She is committed to developing and enhancing her skills through extensive continuing education in the dental field.

As a wife and mom of two kids, she loves spending time with her family while also enjoying reading and travelling.

Dr. Sandeep’s proudest accomplishment is gaining the trust of anxious patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease.

Meet Dr. Neelam Naz – General Dentist

Dr. Neelam Naz earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Health Sciences in Pakistan in 2014. She practiced dentistry before moving to Canada in 2020, where she successfully completed the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) equivalency process and received her license to practice as a General Dentist.

With a strong focus on family dentistry, Dr. Naz is passionate about providing gentle and personalized dental care to patients of all ages. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through trust, education, and a compassionate approach. She believes in conservative, patient-centered dentistry and goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and fully informed during their visits.

Dr. Naz is committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry, restorative care, and preventative treatments.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Naz enjoys pottery, painting, and knitting. She loves exploring creativity through art and enjoys spending quality time doing fun and meaningful activities with her daughters. She also believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle and giving back to the community.

Meet Dr. Nancy Bastourous

Dr. Nancy Bastourous is an experienced dentist with advanced training in endodontics and over fifteen years of clinical and academic experience. She earned her dental degrees from Cairo University and is skilled across a wide range of dental treatments, with a strong focus on pediatric care and endodontics. Her clinical expertise includes root canal therapy, restorative dentistry, and preventive care.

Dr. Bastourous is known for her patient-centered approach, strong diagnostic skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice. She is NDEB certified and licensed with the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta. Outside the clinic, Dr. Bastourous is a proud mother of two girls and values time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys crochet and craft-making.
